BMS Re Appointed as Reinsurance Intermediary for Lone Peak Assurance’s Reinsurance Program

Des Moines, IA, January 20, 2026 — OptimalAg Solutions Inc.( OAS) announced today the appointment of BMS Re, the reinsurance arm of independent insurance and reinsurance broker BMS Group, as its reinsurance intermediary to place treaty reinsurance supporting Lone Peak Assurance (LPA). The LPA reinsurance program serves as a critical backstop for OAS’s Yield Optimizer Plans. The reinsurance covers LPA for the contractual obligations it incurs supporting commercial guarantees made by OAS as respects enhanced crop yields that will be achieved when implementing crop input plans developed using OAS’s Yield Optimizer tool.
